Architected and implemented an in-house telemetry and logging platform backed by a self-hosted time-series database, providing runtime visibility into 5,000+ custom plugins and enabling data-driven deprecation of obsolete and redundant extensions—reducing the plugin surface area from 5,000+ to ~300. Built a natural-language telemetry dashboard using RAG and tool-calling to query metrics, surface insights, and generate graphs, directly informing platform roadmap priorities while improving signal quality and significantly reducing third-party observability/blob/cloud costs and long-term maintenance overhead.
